Nothing directly. This website contains no contact form, no sign-up, no login and no shopping basket. You cannot submit information to us through it.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — in order to serve the site and defend it against attack. We do not use these records to identify individuals, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Analytics is currently disabled on this site. No analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

Our contact page shows the factory's location on a map supplied by Google. The map is part of the page, so when you open the contact page your browser fetches it from Google directly.

That request tells Google your IP address, your browser and device type, and that the page you were viewing was on this website. Google may also store cookies or similar identifiers in your browser through the map, and it may link this to a Google account if you are signed in to one. This processing is Google's, carried out under Google's own privacy policy, and we neither control it nor receive any of the resulting data.

Only the contact page carries the map. Every other page on this site is served entirely by us and contacts no one else. If you would rather not load it, the address is written out in full on the contact page beside the map, and the map is not needed to find, read or use anything else here.

The buttons on this site open WhatsApp or your own email application. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send it, and what you send travels through those services rather than through this website.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and email by your own provider; each handles your message under its own privacy policy, not ours. Once your message reaches us we keep it so that we can answer you and follow up on any order that results, and we delete correspondence that no longer serves either purpose.

We do not sell, rent or share your enquiry with anyone.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, data protection law gives you the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how we use it, and to receive a copy. Because the only personal data we hold is the correspondence you have chosen to send us, these requests are usually simple to answer.

Email hello@example.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

If we add anything to this site that collects information — a contact form, for example — we will update this policy before that feature goes live, and change the date shown at the top of this page.
